We firmly believe that countless word of mouth recommendations alone, is sufficient proof of 28 years worth of satisfied clients. However it should be made clear of what our responsibility is to every client:

To carry out land and building surveys with the greatest respect to personal possessions , furnishings and all on-site. Should the site already be occupied by members of the construction industry, all reasonable precautions will be taken to prevent injury to self or others on the site.
To provide as little or as much design advice as required.
To be available for follow up questions and where necessary, guide the client to other professional services.
To keep Client details completely confidential, they will never be passed on to any individual, business or corporation.

CPA Planning Design is currently covered with £1,000,000 in Public Liability Insurance by Groupama, in the unlikely event that property should be damaged during a survey (correct as of 07 October 2024). Every care and consideration is taken when on-site and to date, no claims have been made in over 28 years of providing our professional service.

Client responsibilities have been set to a minimum, to just two; Ensure funds are available prior to instructing CPA Planning Design, and alert us should a live project be disrupted by a holiday or other circumstances which makes availability restricted.
