3D Visualisations
Sometimes 'flat' 2 dimensional drawings can be difficult to interpret. That’s why CPA Planning Design offers the service of 3D Visualisations, also known as virtual models. By creating your proposed build, whether it’s a small extension, a New Build or even a small estate, it can be created in a virtual space first, and before one brick is laid upon the site. This allows you to see it as it will look, and make changes before any sort of physical work has been done - potentially saving money, time and inconvenience.
CPA Planning Design primarily uses SketchUp for most projects, or 3D Max for larger/more involved projects. Using these programmes, any viewing angle can be created, that may be from a nearby public road, outside or within the building. Click the following images for a larger version.
