CPA Planning Design will provide you with all the drawings you need for a planning application, including architectural design, whether you prefer to stay traditional with your design or try a more modernist approach.

We can work from verbal or sketched instruction and the more information you provide, the better and more accurately we are able to produce the drawings you need.

Should the planning process become difficult, CPA Planning Design collaborates with local Planning Consultants to assume the correct approach for the application phase. These companies or individuals are specifically selected for being based within the district concerned, as each Planning Authority can have very slight differences in their planning policy.

Once Planning approval has been granted, you will know that moving onto Building Regulation approval is the next stage. Should you not prefer to employ an approved Building Inspector during construction and wish to submit an application for Building Regulation approval, CPA Planning Design works in conjunction with local highly skilled Building Regulations draftsman.
